⏳ How long does it take to process my order?
All items are made to order and take approx. 5–10 business days to print, quality check, and pack. This may take longer during busy periods.
📦 How long does shipping take?
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- NZ: 7–14 business days
- International: Varies by location
You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.
💰 What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Keep an eye out for free shipping promos!
📮 Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Unfortunately, no. Australia Post doesn’t allow address changes once an order is in transit, and we’re unable to edit it after it’s placed. Please double-check your address at checkout.
📬 What if I entered the wrong address?
Orders sent to incorrect addresses are not our responsibility. If returned, we can arrange re-shipment at your cost.
📸 What if my item is lost or damaged?
Contact us at e47242020@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if needed) and we’ll make it right.
